Entirely on your device, in the app's private storage. There is no online account, no cloud, and no server — nothing is ever uploaded, so nothing can be breached or leaked.
Because everything stays on-device, moving phones means moving the data yourself. In Settings → Export, save your garden as a spreadsheet file, then use Import on the new device. Keep that file somewhere safe — once it leaves the app it's under your control.
No — and that's by design. Your PIN is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, and there is no server and no backdoor. If you use biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint), that still works. To avoid losing access, export a backup regularly.
Open Settings → Erase all data to permanently remove everything from the device, or simply uninstall the app. There's no separate online copy to worry about.
Yes. There are no ads, no trackers, and no third-party analytics of any kind. The app never shows you advertising or sells anything about you.
Photos — only when you choose to attach one to an entry, via your system photo picker; the picked photo is copied into the app's private storage.
Biometrics — optional, to unlock the app locally. The app never receives your biometric data. It requests no location and no network permission.
